Frequently Asked Questions
What counts toward a reward tier?
Each aircraft design in your cart counts as one toward your tier.
Can I combine Builder Rewards with a coupon code?
No. If you apply a coupon code, Builder Rewards discount will be disabled, and only the coupon will apply. Choose whichever gives you the better deal.
Do VTOL Packs count as a design?
No, a VTOL Pack is an add-on to an aircraft design, not a design of its own, so it does not move you up a tier. Once a tier is unlocked, the discount still applies to your whole cart, VTOL Packs included.
Do I need a discount code?
No, the discount is applied automatically as soon as you add enough designs to your cart.
Is this a limited-time offer?
There’s no set end date. Builder Rewards is an ongoing program, available until further notice.
